All goods and services, including without limitation inspection, evaluation, and analysis, and repair, reconstruction of data and/or retrieval of data for a particular Engagement shall be governed by this Agreement.

All data recovered will be kept for a period of 7 days (after successful delivery to customer or failure to recover the data) prior to data deletion. No charge will be made in the destruction of data. Data will be destroyed and thereafter no further records will be kept.

You will be charged a firm Data Recovery Fee price and you agree to be responsible for all media, shipping and handling charges and the risk of loss during shipping.

Dorset Data Security will use best commercial efforts to determine the existence and extent of recoverability of data on your media (Diagnosis) and retrieve and/or provide access to your recoverable data (Data Recovery).

You understand that Dorset Data Security does not offer guarantees or warranties of any kind and that the extent of any Dorset Data Security's liability to you is strictly limited to the fees you pay Dorset Data Security for its services in data recovery.

You understand that the media/data/equipment you are making available to Dorset Data Recovery is already damaged, that data recovery efforts can result in further damage, that your media and/or equipment warranties may become void and that Dorset Data Security is not responsible for this or any other type of damage.

Payment is due in full upon completion of successful recovery, prior to release of data, unless previous arrangement.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer regardless if the data is recovered or not.

Dorset Data Security makes no warranty, express or implied, and Dorset Data Security disclaims any warranty of any kind, for the services being provided or discussed hereunder.
