::CD and DVD Restoration::

All goods and services, including without limitation inspection, evaluation, and analysis, and repair, reconstruction of data and/or retrieval of data for a particular Engagement shall be governed by this Agreement.

All data recovered will be kept for a period of 7 days (after successful delivery to customer or failure to recover the data) prior to data deletion. No charge will be made in the destruction of data. Data will be destroyed and thereafter no further records will be kept.

You will be charged a firm Disk Restoration Fee price and you agree to be responsible for all media, shipping and handling charges and the risk of loss during shipping.

Scratched Disk will use best commercial efforts to determine the existence and extent of recoverability of data on your media (Diagnosis) and retrieve and/or provide access to your recoverable data (Data Recovery).

You understand that Scratched Disk does not offer guarantees or warranties of any kind and that the extent of any Scratched Disk's liability to you is strictly limited to the fees you pay Scratched Disk for its services in disk restoration.

You understand that the media/data/equipment you are making available to Scratched Disk is already damaged, that disk restoration efforts can result in further damage, that your media and/or equipment warranties may become void and that Scratched Disk is not responsible for this or any other type of damage.

Payment is due in full upon completion of successful restoration, prior to release of disk, unless previous arrangement.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer regardless if the disk is restored or not.

Scratched Disk makes no warranty, express or implied, and Scratched Disk disclaims any warranty of any kind, for the services being provided or discussed hereunder.
